Returns and Refunds
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or washed. Items must be unused and remain in their original packaging and condition to be considered for return.
- The cost of returning any items to GuildCraft will be the customer's responsibility.
- We do not offer refunds on custom orders, which include items with custom measurements, special designs, or non-standard materials. These items are final sale.
- Shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.
- All items discounted by 30% or more are considered FINAL SALE.

- A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items requiring repackaging or reconditioning.
- If we notice an unusually high return rate on any customer account, we reserve the right to limit return eligibility or apply additional restrictions.
