Can I call and place an order over the phone?

I want to pick up in-store, why is the checkout is asking for my shipping information?

Our checkout provider requires that you indicate a billing address, but on the next page you will be able to select "In-store pick up" as your shipping method.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are located outside Canada or the U.S. — please contact us at 1-800-247-9521 or email [email protected] to place an order.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to leave any additional delivery notes during checkout.

 

Can I make changes to an order after it's already been placed?
